Pickup from our stores is a form of receiving an order in which you come to pick up the goods at any time convenient for you. In fact, this is a reservation of goods for you. Pickup does not oblige you to pay for the goods immediately and implies the possibility of canceling the reserved goods at any time before purchase. In the store where you receive your order, you can familiarize yourself with the product, check the completeness and other qualities of the product, and only then pay for it, or refuse the reserved product.

How does self-pickup work?

You choose a store and place an order.
We prepare it in 30 minutes, if everything is in stock (or we deliver the goods for you using our couriers to this store),
you receive it.
Pickup from the point of delivery located on the territory of our warehouse is possible no earlier than 1 hour after placing the order (subject to availability of goods in the warehouse). Only pre-paid orders can be picked up at this address. Information about the readiness of the order for pickup will be sent via SMS message. The waiting area for order pickup is located in a specially designated area. The warehouse territory is an object of increased danger. Entry to the warehouse territory is prohibited.
Advantages of self-pickup:

Save time. You do not wait for delivery at home, you can pick it up at any convenient time from 09:00 to 21:00, every day. Your order will be waiting for you within 4 days from the moment it is ready for pickup. You can extend your order by 1 day. To do this, you need to log into your personal account, find the order and click the “extend” button. We will send SMS to buyers who do not have a personal account by following the link from the SMS to the order page. You can also extend it. An order can only be extended once. We remind you that orders that have already been paid on the site are stored for a week by default.
Saving money. We do not charge you for pickup.
